Signs of stress overload

People who are experiencing stress overload show some of the following symptoms:

anxiety or panic attacks
constant pressure, confusion and haste
irritability and melancholy
Physical symptoms: stomach problems, headaches and chest pains
Allergic reactions: eczema and asthma
Sleep problems
excessive drinking, overeating, smoking or using drugs
sadness or depression
